Ok I’ll admit it, I am a huge Shrek Fan. I love the big green ogar and all of the rest of the Shrek cast that live in the swamp and the land far far away. I love the comedy in the movie, the way they are drawn, the funny accents and the life in all the characters. There is just something about Shrek that makes you and your kids smile. Shrek somehow crosses the borders between kids and adults and makes everyone fall in love not only with him but also with all of his friends.

People love the gingerbread man from Shrek, Princess Fiona, Donkey, Puss N Boots, the Witches, The bad guys, the good guys, the random storybook characters that make appearances like the magic mirror and everyone in between. They also love the merchandise that comes along with the different Shrek Movies. Because I completely love Shrek and am excited to see the brand new Shrek movie that is about to come out, I wanted to share a couple of Shrek Pajamas for Boys with you all so that your boy can have sweet dreams and dream of a land far far away in his Shrek Pajamas while he sleeps and waits for the new shrek movie to come out.

Calvin Klein Underwear - Free Shipping Deal

Ok Ladies,I know you are about to be as excited as I am about this post. I was looking for underwear for my boyfriend, yup still with him (fingers crossed), which was a miracle in and on its own considering he hates underwear, besides these really tacky boxers he always wears, actually let me start with how I ended up on the Calvin Klein Underwear website in the first place.

So I met this guy and he was completely dreamy. He has a great face, a little chubby but still works out, a solid build, you know the type. I’m not really into the seriously in shape or out of shape guys, just the nice solid body with a little bit of normal person syndrome. That is the perfect body type for me or the guys that I like at least, plus you don’t ever have to feel self conscious around them. We hit it off great and when we started to get a little more serious, when it came time to start having sleep overs, not sex but sleep overs, I noticed something, he always wore the same damn style of boxer shorts, nothing new, nothing fashionable and nothing that would be a turn on.

Come on, everyone is college aged once and likes to have loose fitting boxers, but when we grow up our style and fashion needs to as well. When I asked him about it he said that they are comfortable and he just doesn’t like other underwear. Well, if you can’t tell I am not only obsessed with pajamas, but comfortable pajamas and sleepwear, and guess what, underwear also falls into that category. Ladies you know what I am talking about.

It is having that bra you always loved then going shopping for a new one and having the store clerk show you that you are actually a different size and hand you a new bra. All of the sudden your girls are in heaven and your figure is found again. It is one of those moments that I love and why I became so obsessed with helping him find underwear that would make him feel comfortable, show off what he needs to (to me only in my bedroom of course) and also provide the fashionable look that isn’t “frat boy chic”.

I went to the store and bought a million brands, ok a complete exaggeration to a million brands, but I did go shopping and bought a bunch of different types of underwear. None of them really worked for both of us except for the Dolce and Gabanna which didn’t work for our budgets, when we came across Calvin Klein Underwear.

Not only were they seriously fashionable to the point that I loved them, but they were cool enough and some were young enough looking that he thought they were pretty cool as well. Not to mention that I personally think Calvin Klein Underwear makes everyone look a little more sexy. So he bought a couple pairs, since you really can’t try underwear on, at least not lower parts normally, and when he did, it was like a beam of light came down from above. The Calvin Klein Underwear not only fit like a glove, but they gave him support, shaped him a little bit (especially his butt), they were extremely comfortable to the point that he went back to buy more pairs of Calvin Klein Underwear, and for me were not only fashionable but also kind of a turn on, and what was even better was that they are priced perfectly to be designer and not have to break your budget.

Footed Pajamas for Men and Women

Ok, this winter was absolutely freezing and my cat completely kept knocking my slippers away from my bed. So one thing I was thinking that would help both of these problems is to buy fleece pajamas that also have feet sewn into them already.

St. Patricks Day Guiness Pajamas & Boxers

I cannot believe that Valentine’s Day is over now and we are already moving into March and the Spring holidays like St. Patricks Day. St. Patricks day is a fun holiday in the USA, at least in modern times. I think I remember reading somewhere that it was actually a violent event that caused the day to be remembered but as most holidays and days we remember, we eventually turn them into a fun and festive holiday. Anyways, with the fun and festive part of the holidays, I remember when I was in college and I was never a beer drinker. I was more of the Vodka type of Girl or Mixed Drinks Girl.

During St. Patricks Day I was hanging out with my friends Valerie and Nick and Nick being the Irish guy in the room and Valerie being his girlfriend, they decided to introduce me to something new that I hadn’t tried before. No, unfortunately it wasn’t Guinness beer, but it was Jamesons Whiskey Shots.

Ok, I hated being the wuss with the shots so I sucked it up and I dealt with it, it was college and St. Patricks Day afterall and afterwards Nick decided to tell us that there is more to doing a shot of Jamesons Whiskey than just drinking it and trying to hold back the face you make when you aren’t used to taking Irish Whiskey Shots.

He gave us this beer that came in a really cool looking can. It was seriously dark and really easy to drink. I was completely shocked that I actually sort of enjoyed drinking it, especially because I was definitely 100% a mixed drinks type of girl so when I took my first sip of Guinness beer, and liked it for a change, I was completely hooked.

After that first can of Guinness beer, I decided this has to be a tradition for me on St. Patricks Day. If I go out or to a bar for St. Patricks Day, I have to have a Guinness beer when I go.

Now that I have grown up a bit more and the bar scene isn’t really for me. Neither is having a beer in the middle of the day during the week each week like in college, I figured I could modify my tradition a little bit.

So when I was thinking of how I could keep the Guinness tradition but not have to drink a ton of beer, I figured what do I love more than a cold drink in the afternoon on the weekend, laying around with a book or watching tv and not having to do a thing. Ok,I love bathrobes and anyone who has ever had a really good or really nice bathrobe knows that you will never give up a good bathrobe and never be able to live without one again if you have ever had a good one. When I don’t feel like wearing a seriously thick spa styled bathrobe, the only other kind of robe that I would ever recommend for everyday wear, besides silk for a nightgown and walking around at night, is terry cloth or cotton. One thing that I noticed when my boyfriend stays over at my apartment or when I stay at his apartment is that he is always cranky in the morning when he has to get out of bed. The funny thing though is that it isn’t always, it seems like he is only really cranky in the fall and winter and then I finally realized why he was soo cranky. His feet were cold.

He would always complain when I would wake him up and ask him to get something and it was normally that he would have to take off the blanket and get cold, the worst though was when he would stand up. I don’t think it was him having to be out of bed even though we all hate that, it was him having to walk on a cold floor or even having to stand in the restroom if he would have to use the bathroom in the middle of the night and the floor was cold so his feet would get cold which made me realize what would put him in a better mood whether he would realize it or not.

I went online to my favorite pajama shop which you can find by clicking any of the pictures or links above and bought him a couple pairs of slippers to wear.

Not only did he instantly start to be less cranky in the morning, but he complained a lot less about having to get out of bed. It was hard to get him to remember to wear them when he first got them, but when he got to start to see how much he really loved them, especially when he had to get up in the middle of the night to use the bathroom or when he was in the shower and didn’t want to walk on a cold floor afterwards, he fell in love with his slippers and now doesn’t go anywhere with out them.

I love the fact that I found what was making him cranky and he loves the fact that his feet don’t have to freeze any more when he wants to get out of bed or walk around in the morning and because the animal slippers are all at wholesale and sale prices, we were able to buy a ton of different types of slippers and I think I’ll end up buying him a couple more pairs of slippers this holiday season too.

Bed Head Sateen Pajamas for Men and Women

Gosh I love Fall. The brisk and cool air, the smell of the winter coming in and all of the wonderful hot apple cider that you can start drinking by the fire place with your family, friends or a loved one. It is almost hot cocoa season and perfect for family walks or a walk with someone you love, or even just your pet. You can cuddle up with a book and some hot or warm brandy or milk and you can start to wear your comfy pajamas for fall.

Summer pajamas are too thin. You don’t feel them, they aren’t as patterned and they don’t have all of the fun and fabulous fall designs and colors in them. They are perfect for warm and hot summer nights but don’t keep you warm when the air begins to cool off and the wind puts you to sleep while you hear the fire crackling and dying down in the fire place. I love the fall and if you are anything like me you are excited for all of your fall pajamas to come to the stores or if you are even more like me, you have already started shopping online for fall pajamas and clothing and are excited to have the delivery guy bring them to you so you can surprise your whole family with their new fall clothing and sleepwear and this year it is all about the forgotten fabrics in my household.

Although silk is nice and soft and flows, it also doesn’t help to flatter your figure and satin is luxurious but it also feels slippery and can be itchy or kind of tough which is why this fall I bought everyone Sateen Pajamas.
