Ok, the first pair of pajamas I saw when looking through one of my favorite pajama shops online was the Blue Elvis Bathrobe or the Blue Love Me Tender Bathrobe and I could not pass it up. Not only is it completely Tennessee Chique, but perfect for any and every Elvis fan out there. The Love Me Tender Blue Elvis Bathrobe for Women is seriously fabulous, fashionable and perfectly plush.

Calvin Klein Underwear - Free Shipping Deal

Ok Ladies,I know you are about to be as excited as I am about this post. I was looking for underwear for my boyfriend, yup still with him (fingers crossed), which was a miracle in and on its own considering he hates underwear, besides these really tacky boxers he always wears, actually let me start with how I ended up on the Calvin Klein Underwear website in the first place.

So I met this guy and he was completely dreamy. He has a great face, a little chubby but still works out, a solid build, you know the type. I’m not really into the seriously in shape or out of shape guys, just the nice solid body with a little bit of normal person syndrome. That is the perfect body type for me or the guys that I like at least, plus you don’t ever have to feel self conscious around them. We hit it off great and when we started to get a little more serious, when it came time to start having sleep overs, not sex but sleep overs, I noticed something, he always wore the same damn style of boxer shorts, nothing new, nothing fashionable and nothing that would be a turn on.

Come on, everyone is college aged once and likes to have loose fitting boxers, but when we grow up our style and fashion needs to as well. When I asked him about it he said that they are comfortable and he just doesn’t like other underwear. Well, if you can’t tell I am not only obsessed with pajamas, but comfortable pajamas and sleepwear, and guess what, underwear also falls into that category. Ladies you know what I am talking about.

It is having that bra you always loved then going shopping for a new one and having the store clerk show you that you are actually a different size and hand you a new bra. All of the sudden your girls are in heaven and your figure is found again. It is one of those moments that I love and why I became so obsessed with helping him find underwear that would make him feel comfortable, show off what he needs to (to me only in my bedroom of course) and also provide the fashionable look that isn’t “frat boy chic”.

I went to the store and bought a million brands, ok a complete exaggeration to a million brands, but I did go shopping and bought a bunch of different types of underwear. None of them really worked for both of us except for the Dolce and Gabanna which didn’t work for our budgets, when we came across Calvin Klein Underwear.

Not only were they seriously fashionable to the point that I loved them, but they were cool enough and some were young enough looking that he thought they were pretty cool as well. Not to mention that I personally think Calvin Klein Underwear makes everyone look a little more sexy. So he bought a couple pairs, since you really can’t try underwear on, at least not lower parts normally, and when he did, it was like a beam of light came down from above. The Calvin Klein Underwear not only fit like a glove, but they gave him support, shaped him a little bit (especially his butt), they were extremely comfortable to the point that he went back to buy more pairs of Calvin Klein Underwear, and for me were not only fashionable but also kind of a turn on, and what was even better was that they are priced perfectly to be designer and not have to break your budget.

I am loving Calvin Klein Underwear and when I went to their website, I also saw that today 3/6/2010 Calvin Klein Underwear also has free shipping on orders over $25! Because of this I had to share this with you since you would probably be buying multiple pairs anyways and now you can have them sent to your house for free so you don’t have to carry them around the mall or have to load them in and out of the car. Ok,I love bathrobes and anyone who has ever had a really good or really nice bathrobe knows that you will never give up a good bathrobe and never be able to live without one again if you have ever had a good one. When I don’t feel like wearing a seriously thick spa styled bathrobe, the only other kind of robe that I would ever recommend for everyday wear, besides silk for a nightgown and walking around at night, is terry cloth or cotton. Terry cloth in particular is an amazing all season bathrobe material and it isn’t only absorbant, but it is also extremely comfortable so you not only look and feel great, but you can use it to try off after the shower and wash it easily in your washer and dryer.

Terry cloth bathrobes are amazing for birthday and holiday gifts and everyone will thank you for their bathrobes, kids don’t really appreciate any bathrobes when they are younger, unless it is a girl and you tell her it is a princess coat or if you can pull off the super hero thing for a boy, but when they get older and you buy them their first bathrobe as an adult they will not only love it, but they will thank you for it forever when they are nice and warm in their dorm rooms or coming out of the shower.

Christmas Pajamas - Candy Cane, Peppermint, Christmas Sale!

Something I remember growing up as a kid in the winter time that always made me think of christmas was the taste and the smell of peppermint and wondering why anyone on earth would think that the taste of peppermint was actually candy or even decent tasting or good or fun to eat. I remember my friends going crazy when they would get peppermint candy and especially peppermint candy canes and I would always pass them up. To me, peppermints always tasted like toothpaste and for the most part I still think that is true today and only eat peppermints when I need to freshen my breath.

Anyways, it wasn’t a completely bad thought or memory because peppermint also meant that it was winter time and with winter came christmas, hanukah and other fabulous holidays where we wouldn’t only get peppermint candy, but we would also get other candy to decorate gingerbread houses with, to decorate gingerbread men and to get to eat all the candy we could want….except chocolate was never huge around the holidays….ohh I do remember having to eat ribbon candy one year and I thought it would be fabulous, until I took a bite and the whole box was peppermint flavored candy and I never wanted to eat that stuff again until I was a bit older. Ok I’ll admit it, I hated peppermint more than life itself when I was a kid. Until I had one of my first jobs where my boss was in love with peppermint bark and peppermint chocolate toffee I really hated the stuff,,,now I can deal with it but it isn’t my first choice when I want candy….I’m completely a chocolate person and always will be. Anyways, back to the point of this whole rampage about peppermint.

Peppermint makes me think of winter and the holidays and being with my family and it brings back a million good memories for me and one thing I always love about the smell of peppermint is that it reminds me that the holidays are here and I have my family and my friends and all of the people I love and even though I don’t really like to eat peppermint because it really is basically toothpaste in candy form or at least tastes like it, I do love it on holiday clothing, especially pajamas and boxer shorts and tshirts and nightgowns.

Bed Head Sateen Pajamas for Men and Women

Gosh I love Fall. The brisk and cool air, the smell of the winter coming in and all of the wonderful hot apple cider that you can start drinking by the fire place with your family, friends or a loved one. It is almost hot cocoa season and perfect for family walks or a walk with someone you love, or even just your pet. You can cuddle up with a book and some hot or warm brandy or milk and you can start to wear your comfy pajamas for fall.

Summer pajamas are too thin. You don’t feel them, they aren’t as patterned and they don’t have all of the fun and fabulous fall designs and colors in them. They are perfect for warm and hot summer nights but don’t keep you warm when the air begins to cool off and the wind puts you to sleep while you hear the fire crackling and dying down in the fire place. I love the fall and if you are anything like me you are excited for all of your fall pajamas to come to the stores or if you are even more like me, you have already started shopping online for fall pajamas and clothing and are excited to have the delivery guy bring them to you so you can surprise your whole family with their new fall clothing and sleepwear and this year it is all about the forgotten fabrics in my household.

Although silk is nice and soft and flows, it also doesn’t help to flatter your figure and satin is luxurious but it also feels slippery and can be itchy or kind of tough which is why this fall I bought everyone Sateen Pajamas. I remember seeing sateen sheets and pillow cases a long time ago and loved how they were less slippy than Satin and Silk, but still thin and shiny and they also felt smooth and can be formed to really show off the figure you want to show since sateen holds shape and doesn’t just drape over your body. Fall is here and Animal Slippers are On Sale

Wow Summer flew by fast this year. I couldn’t believe it when I stepped outside this morning and it was beginning to get chilly. I just went outside as well and realized that the air is starting to smell like fall and the cold air will be here soon. Although I am not a fan of cold snow and winter the fall is one of the best seasons.

It is full of energy and life and pumpkins and halloween. It is thanksgiving and family time and also when we get to wear jackets and sweaters again. I think the one thing I like most about fall though is that it is when we get to start wearing pajamas for fall again and more importantly since the floor gets cold we get to buy and wear new slippers and animal slippers.

Hello Kitty Underwear and Boyshorts for Women

I remember in college that one of my girlfriends had an obsession with Hello Kitty. Although I was not into Hello Kitty that much, it did seem to be popular with all of the girls in the college and in highschool. So when I was looking through some of the Merchants that I recommend products for, I found this entire line of fabulous Hello Kitty underwear, bikinis, Hello Kitty boyshorts, thongs and more.

Hello Kitty brought back a ton of fun memories for me when I came across the line of underwear for women, so I figured, why not share it with all of you and if for some reason if my friend Jen ever comes across this post, then hopefully she’ll leave a comment and we can catch up again.

Emerson Street Pajamas For Women - You’re Gonna Love These!

So I went to the Chicago International Housewares show this year and was falling in love with a series of wine glasses that were hand painted and reminded me of the Character Maxine from the comic strips…you know, the witty elderly lady who always has a snide comment to make. The other thing they reminded me of are a favorite collectible series that you see in all the card stores and collectibles shops at the mall and in catalogs. If you are not familiar with Emerson Street, you may want to look at the birthday cards you have received, they are very well known for their birthday, cheer up, thinking of you and humorous card selection that can be found nationwide in almost every store that carries cards. Even if you have not received a card from Emerson Street, I know you have seen one or maybe even bought one for a friend. Anyways, you’ll recognize Emerson street in the pictures of the pajamas below.

When I was searching online for the wine glasses that I had seen, I decided to look through one of my favorite online pajamas stores again (Crazyforbargains) and sure enough they had a very similar classic favorite of mine, the Emerson Street collectibles line. The only difference is that they have all of your favorite Emerson Street Collectibles in pajamas and on clothing.

Bed Head Plus Sized Bathrobes for Women

I was looking at this other shop that I look at frequently when buying gifts around the holidays. Ya I know it sounds weird about shopping for other people for pajamas for the holidays, but I like to give pajamas and comfy clothes around the holidays to people, mainly because it is a stressfull time for everyone (especially if you are hosting a holiday party) and the one thing I know I love the most after a stressfull day is to make a nightcap, put on something comfortable and relax, which is why I normally give comfy clothing like slippers, pajamas and robes as gifts around the holidays.

Sooo….anyways, my mom hurt her knee yesterday and she is a larger lady. Being a person of size, normal robes wouldn’t work for her and because she isn’t able to be as active as normal, she probably needs something comfortable to be able to relax in while at home as well as be able to answer the door in, take on and off easily and be comfortable overall all day long. (It’s just a sprain, nothing bad and nothing permanent. The doctor told her to just relax for a couple days and she is already feeling better.) Although she probably doesn’t need a new robe, I think it’ll be a nice gift for her to get as a surprise and something she can continue to use even after her knee feels better.

Now don’t get mad that I said my mom is a larger lady, she is still one of the most beautiful women on earth and she carries herself very well….she just happens to enjoy eating and is a little bigger than society deems in shape and needs plus sized clothing. Sesame Street Pajamas for Women - Perfect when your kid has the flu

I was looking at this website and found an entire line of pajamas for women that are all sesame street themed. At first I was like, ok this is a bit weird, women wearing sesame street pajamas… then again, they could be kind of cute and trendy for a sororety house or if the lady is in college. High school students could think the retro childhood look still works and I remember when I was in highschool and we all thought that cartoons from our childhood were all the rage so we wore vintage tshirts and retro clothing which is why these sesame street pajamas could be a good fit.

I was also thinking, why would they come in women’s sizes and it hit me. If your child has the flu, they are probably going to be in a bad mood and just not feeling well at all. If they are sick enough that you have to stay at home from work (if you are a working mom), then chances are they need something to help cheer them up and keep them happy. This is where I think that having childrens characters from tv shows like sesame street on your pajamas can help come in to play. Although your little boy or girl may be feeling ill, when their Mom comes into the room it is an instant relief and I really think that if their Mom is wearing the chatacters they love and look up to (like the sesame street characters) are there with their Mom, it will further help to calm them down and relax them. Not to mention that these sesame street pajamas are addorable.
