Ok,I love bathrobes and anyone who has ever had a really good or really nice bathrobe knows that you will never give up a good bathrobe and never be able to live without one again if you have ever had a good one. When I don’t feel like wearing a seriously thick spa styled bathrobe, the only other kind of robe that I would ever recommend for everyday wear, besides silk for a nightgown and walking around at night, is terry cloth or cotton. Terry cloth in particular is an amazing all season bathrobe material and it isn’t only absorbant, but it is also extremely comfortable so you not only look and feel great, but you can use it to try off after the shower and wash it easily in your washer and dryer.

Terry cloth bathrobes are amazing for birthday and holiday gifts and everyone will thank you for their bathrobes, kids don’t really appreciate any bathrobes when they are younger, unless it is a girl and you tell her it is a princess coat or if you can pull off the super hero thing for a boy, but when they get older and you buy them their first bathrobe as an adult they will not only love it, but they will thank you for it forever when they are nice and warm in their dorm rooms or coming out of the shower.

One thing that I noticed when my boyfriend stays over at my apartment or when I stay at his apartment is that he is always cranky in the morning when he has to get out of bed. The funny thing though is that it isn’t always, it seems like he is only really cranky in the fall and winter and then I finally realized why he was soo cranky. His feet were cold.

He would always complain when I would wake him up and ask him to get something and it was normally that he would have to take off the blanket and get cold, the worst though was when he would stand up. I don’t think it was him having to be out of bed even though we all hate that, it was him having to walk on a cold floor or even having to stand in the restroom if he would have to use the bathroom in the middle of the night and the floor was cold so his feet would get cold which made me realize what would put him in a better mood whether he would realize it or not.

I went online to my favorite pajama shop which you can find by clicking any of the pictures or links above and bought him a couple pairs of slippers to wear.

Not only did he instantly start to be less cranky in the morning, but he complained a lot less about having to get out of bed. It was hard to get him to remember to wear them when he first got them, but when he got to start to see how much he really loved them, especially when he had to get up in the middle of the night to use the bathroom or when he was in the shower and didn’t want to walk on a cold floor afterwards, he fell in love with his slippers and now doesn’t go anywhere with out them.

I love the fact that I found what was making him cranky and he loves the fact that his feet don’t have to freeze any more when he wants to get out of bed or walk around in the morning and because the animal slippers are all at wholesale and sale prices, we were able to buy a ton of different types of slippers and I think I’ll end up buying him a couple more pairs of slippers this holiday season too.
